Well, the oil NOT absorbed has to go "Some-Where", so it comes out the other end during daily dump,and stinks so bad it peels paint. Keep lots of air-freshener,and some Clorox cleanup spray for the orange oil that sticks to the porcelain toilet every time. Oh stock up on TP too, you have to wipe about a 1000 times, and, keep flushable wet wipes handy too. Also, after a fatty meal in the evening, wearing a protective absorbent during bed time is advised. For all the trouble, it lowered my cholesterol 20+ points, and 7-8 pounds weight loss.Believe it or not, I am staying on it, my spouse too.

You will lose weight with this (assuming you eat sensibly). I lost 20 pounds on my own with just dieting and exercise, but after that it became really difficult to get my weight to change. I would fluctuate 2-3 pounds every week, maintaining the 20 pound loss. Only two weeks on Alli and I've broken the plateau and hit an all time low. As for the side effects, well the talk about "oily spotting" is definitely true. It's not explosive diarhea or anything. I've noticed that I get a whole lot more gas when on this pill. The thing is that you won't know whether it's gas or a small "oil bomb." You will begin to understand your body better with a bit of vigilance.

I've trained a number of people over the years and have designed all types of customized meal plans for them. I have been using Alli for about 8 months and have lost around 45 lbs, but the best thing I like about Alli is that it makes you conscience of what you put in your mouth. It makes you think before putting too much fat in your body, which is something you can keep with you for the rest of your life. Alli works if you do it right.

I'm a member of the "tried it all" club. I have no idea how much money I've spent over the years trying to lose weight. I started using Alli on January 16, after a visit from my doctor. I have now lost 23 pounds, and I have even cheated pretty often - due to graduations, birthdays, etc. I just get right back on the wagon. It's actually hard to get negative results with Alli - I could not be happier with the product.
